Janalynn Castelino (born 18 October, 1998) is a multilingual singer-songwriter and doctor[1]. Her music style can be described as Pop music|pop with Rhythm and blues|R&B elements[2][3].

Biography

Janalynn was born to a Catholic Church|Roman Catholic family and holds Italians|Italian and Indian people|Indian ancestry[4]. She started singing at the age of 3 and participated in the church choir[5][6].

She uploaded covers to her YouTube Channel[7] as a hobby while studying medicine[8]. Janalynn gained popularity with her YouTube music video Binte Dil (Love Ballad) that garnered over 22 Million views[9] on YouTube and her covers of Takeaway[10] and Diamonds[11].

Janalynn Castelino appeared in an interview on the American Songwriter Network in 2021[12], where she talked about her upcoming music projects[13][14].
