This exploration prompted Dean to establish Jamaica-Homes.com, transitioning from documenting returnee mansions to creating a groundbreaking online platform for Caribbean property listings.[5]
Jamaica Homes emerged onto the real estate scene in July 2019 in Kingston, St. Andrews. The company was officially registered in Jamaica as a business entity in 2021.
