Jalampura is a small village of 1761 hectares in Reodar Tehsil in Sirohi district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jalampura depends on ABU ROAD, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 128.01% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Jalampura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jalampura's pin code is 307513[4], and village code is 02376000.
