Simultaneously, Rich also started creating online content and became more and more inclined toward video production and podcasting. In 2014, Rich starred as a loved housemate on Big Brother Australia, a popular reality tv show broadcast on Channel 7.[8]

In 2016, Rich joined Gelato Messina as a social media manager and lead content creator. He worked for over a year producing content for the company's multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and others.[9]
