Jack McColl (born August 7, 1993) is an American serial entrepreneur and investor[1]. He currently runs Credit Stacking[2] and Alpha Automation along with serving as an advisor for SlashDev. Prior to that, McColl established multiple businesses such as Sendit Travel & Events, Glidr, Dumbo Lounge Sacks, and Fresh Cut Films.[3]
McColl’s most recent venture, Credit Stacking[4], is a bespoke 7-week credit accelerator program made for entrepreneurs to train them on wealth-building principles and optimizing their personal credit. Since its inception, McColl has mentored entrepreneurs spanning various industries.[5]
Early life and education
McColl was born on August 7, 1993 in Torrance, California. In 2011, he received an Associate’s degree in Arts from Peninsula College, then was enrolled at the University of Washington, where he studied Business Administration and received a bachelor’s degree in 2014.[6]
Career
McColl started his career while still in college by establishing Fresh Cut Films, a freelance videography and photography firm. He served as the CEO of Fresh Cut Films for five years working alongside a number of prolific clients such as Yik Yak App, Emblem3, TheBalcony, Challenged App, Nash & Hayes Grier, Redbull, Premier Neurosurgical Institute, and Vitalire Clothing[7].
Simultaneously, he pursued a career as a professional snowboarder working for companies like Lib Tech Snowboards, Switchback bindings, Zeal Optics, Polar Pro GoPro accessories, and Findlay Hats.[8]
In 2015, McColl founded Glidr - The Personal Transporter, which eventually became a premium brand in the personal transportation industry. He served as the COO of Glidr for over a year. After his exit, he launched Dumbo Lounge Sacks, a company that came to be known for its self-inflating lounge sacks.
In 2016, McColl co-founded Sendit Travel & Events, which gained recognition for planning and organizing Cabo Spring Break trips. The company was acquired in 2019 by Pollen, where he served as a senior sales agent.
In 2020, McColl established Alpha Automation, an application that fully manages Walmart, and Facebook dropshipping eCommerce stores, and Credit Stacking,[9] a credit accelerator program that teaches people how to optimize their personal credit, so they can get approved for top business credit cards with high limits in a short period of time.[10]
In 2021, McColl became an advisor for SlashDev.[11]
