Iyak Hussain (born February 7, 1984) is a British serial entrepreneur, real-estate agent, and investor. He is the founder of Royel Builders & Royel Estates, Only Graded, Find A Gaff and several other startups.[3][4][5] Hussain is known for providing welfare facilities for clients with disabilities.
Hussain has over a decade’s experience working in the construction business and is regarded for his work throughout the industry. He was an approval contractor for Redbridge, Barking, and Dagenham. Hussain has even worked with several housing boards including Housing 21 and Local Space.
Hussian is also a renowned application developer. He created Finmoore Gaming and Only Graded, a virtual marketplace for graded cards.[6][7]
Early life and education
Hussain was born on 7 February 1984 to Pakistani descent parents. He grew up in Pakistan and London. Hussain’s father was a building contractor, who inspired him to follow in his footsteps and become a contractor himself.
Hussain studied at a private army school in Pakistan during his childhood and returned to the UK when he was 13 years old. He then attended Eastbury School in Barking. Hussain later received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the North London University.
Career
Hussain started his career in 2004 when he founded Royel Builders & Contractors, a construction company that worked for local councils and provided welfare facilities for clients with disabilities. Under the leadership of Hussain Royel Builders & Contractors became an approved contractor for the Redbridge, Barking, and Dagenham areas. Hussain simultaneously worked as an approved contractor for several housing associations, such as Housing 21 and Local Space.
In 2006, Hussain set up an estate agency business within the local Redbridge area called the Royel Estates. The company is known for helping clients buy, sell and manage rental properties.
In 2020, Hussain founded Finmoore Gaming and Collector Corner. These are marketplace platforms that offer a vast range of products including cards and vintage items. In the same year, Hussain also founded a digital marketing firm called KingsMen Consultancy, which is best known for offering digital marketing solutions and technical SEO services.[8]
In 2021, Hussain established Find A Gaff, a platform that specializes in offering student accommodation, guest accommodation, travelers accommodation, villas & guest house booking, resort, and other facilities. In the same years, he created OnlyGraded, a marketplace that is known for offering grading services for BGS, PSA & OG.
