i4Tradies is a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) for the trades services sector, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.[1] It enables Trades Business Operators to become Customer Centric organizations by offering services that manage end-to-end business operations.[2]
This work-flow management solution is best known for its service delivery, two-way communication, transparent pricing, auditable reports, and rating management.[3] The i4Tradies platform connects trades services business owners, on-the-road tradies, property/strata/facilities managers, and customers through its website or application with a single cloud-integrated workflow and customer experience management software that can be accessed from anywhere without any time restriction.[4]
i4Tradies reported that until June 2020 it had well over 1000 tradies registered on its platform and total gross merchandise volume exceeded $53.25 Million. Right after its launch, i4Tradies has been so prominent in the tradies and service provider industry as a result of it have been referred to as the Uber for connecting tradies with their clients by EliteAgent.com.[5]
History
i4Tradies was founded in 2017 by Logan Nathan with the aim to centralize the Australian trades community. Logan is a digital marketing expert who has well over two decades of experience. He wrote a book on how the Digital Transformation for SMEs and realized that there is an opportunity in the market for handing of the processes and customer experiences. To bridge the gap, he created i4Tradies as an end-to-end software product capable of facilitating complete transparency, efficiency, compliance, and security on web and mobile application to run operations efficiently without compromising service delivery for the field services sector..
i4Tradies has partnered with several trade associations including Master Plumbers NSW and Victoria, Master Painters NSW, ACT, Victoria and Queensland and NECA Group - the National Electrical and Communications Association in NSW, Queensland and ACT.

i4T Maintenance is a business management solution that helps in connecting the strata/property managers and real-estate groups directly to occupants and tradies. This service allows the user to handle its operations, import property, Tradie, occupant, and landlord information in a faster way via i4T’s cloud based platform.
i4T Business - Trades Services Business Owners
i4T Business allows the trades services providers to establish business credibility and become more flexible for the on-the-road Tradies. It helps the business owners to connect with the potential customers by facilitating a simple process to receive and respond to job requests. i4T Business also helps in performance evaluation and gives remote access to business insights. This service is flexible and scalable that supports electronic invoicing and payment. i4T business also offers lead generation through integrated social media sharing.[6]
i4T Consumer - Consumer
i4T Consumers is a free of cost tradies customer application and web service that helps the user to hire service employees in her/her locality. It also generates detailed electronic invoices after the completion of the job along with providing a platform for the payment to the employees. This application also supports numerous features such as maintaining detailed information on job progress via email, SMS, and in-app notifications, evaluation of the tradies, amongst other things.
