House Beautiful Keepers is a residential real estate investment company operating in Philadelphia, known for offering easy and fast house selling solutions to the natives.[1] The company was founded in 2011 by Shannon E Johnson, a highly sought-after entrepreneur with over four decades of experience.[2]
House Beautiful Keepers has built a huge portfolio of buying, selling, and renting houses in and around Philadelphia, irrespective of the property size or condition. House Beautiful Keepers is also the parent company of Recovered Money, a company that helps people claim their rightful money from the IRS.[3]
History
House Beautiful Keepers was established in 2011 by Shannon E Johnson, who learned how to pull her 401k and transfer it to a Self Directed IRA and use the funds to purchase a rental property. This practice enabled her to buy properties in distress, rehab them and rent them out. She eventually learned how to leverage assets to increase her portfolio.[4]
Shannon started associating with Peter Vekselman and Julie Muse in 2019 prior to the Covid 19 pandemic and getting help from the Zabala family - and created a website for her venture - House Beautiful Keepers, upgrading her web presence, and reaching more people in and around Philadelphia.[5]
In 2020 Shannon created a subsidiary of House Beautiful Keepers - Recovered Money, which helps people claim their rightful funds from the U.S. government by auditing government files and documents for these unclaimed funds.
Shannon will launch two new House Beautiful Keepers subsidiaries in 2022: Hooked on Loans and Hooked on YP. These are inspired by her travel blog Hooked on Everything, which has been online since before the worldwide pandemic and has garnered over a million hits!
Aside from that, Shannon is the Vice President of the Teddy Pendergrass Investment Group, where she focuses on apartment complex acquisitions and has also teamed with a number of other real estate firms in the area.
