Hoag Law Group LLC is an American law firm.[1] Founded in 2010 in Chicago, Illinois, by Lynette S. Hoag and Michael W. Hoag, the firm is best known for fighting insurance companies on behalf of the insureds. History
Hoag Law was established in 2010 by Lynette S. Hoag and Michael W. Hoag. Lynette has over 25 years of experience as a trial attorney and has worked on numerous cases - product liability, nursing home, premises liability, and personal injury. She has also played an integral role in fighting for insurance defense claims for over a decade including suspected arson cases, coverage issues, suspicious theft losses, and disputed car accidents.
The company, since its inception, has also expanded its practice areas covering apart from insurance claims - personal injury, business law, and examinations under oath. It also received numerous BBB Complaint Free Award for its exceptional service and was awarded the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Volunteer of the Year in 2011.
