Biography
Hersi was born in Kisarawe District, Pwani and he got his primary education at Kisarawe District, and attending to Hijra seminary Technical Secondary school before joining Dar es salaam Institute of Technology for higher education where he was taking (Certificate Full technical of civil engineering), and later he proceeded with Bachelor of civil engineering at the same university. Later on he went to South Africa University, where he took Certificate in OIL and Gas (disambiguation) before he joined another university in London Where he took Post graduate in OIL and GAS.
