Happytel is an Australian mobile & tablet repair and smartphone accessories service chain headquartered in New South Wales, with over 60 store locations in Australia and New Zealand. It was established in 1996 and is a family-run company, currently led by Elizabeth Ryu.[1]

It has gained recognition for facilitating effective and reliable solutions for the iPhone, Samsung, and Huawei mobile repairs. History
Happytel was established in 1996 with the aim to serve the rising smartphone accessory and services industry. The first stores were opened in New South Wales in Australia and by 2000 it expanded its operations in New Zealand as well. As of 2021, the company operates under three brand identities namely Happytel, Phone Mania, and Phone Adore.[3]
The idea behind the inception of this firm was to address customer needs and accommodate their various tastes and preferences. Since then, Happytel has been offering a vast range of mobile cases and accessories along with facilitating exclusive mobile phone repairs service.
