Hafiz Saleh Michika (12th March 1993) is a youth activist, philanthropist and son of the first executive governor of Adamawa state, Late Alh Abubakar Saleh Michika.[1]. He is one of the few pioneers enlisted that created the popular TELA program in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development which aided in educating over 20,000 Boko Haram displaced children Numeracy and Literacy through radio at the IDP camps across Northeastern Nigeria[2]. After the success of the program, Hafiz was later invited to participate in a global campaign against violent extremism, where he along with his team won the best African violent extremism campaign in 2016[3]. He holds a bachelor's degree in International & Comparative Politics from the prestigious American University of Nigeria[4].
