Gabriel Weinberg (waɪnbɜːrg/; born January 1st, 1979) is an American technology entrepreneur, privacy advocate, and author. He is known for founding DuckDuckGo,[1] a popular internet search engine that emphasizes privacy. [2]
Born in California, Weinberg graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2001 with a B.S. in Material Science.[3]
