Francis Volpe (born 15 March 1994) is an American entrepreneur, digital marketing expert, content strategist, social media personality and co-founder of Y Not You Media, a New York based digital marketing agency. He is known for being in the business of demanding attention and has built his company around gaining the interest of consumers towards the company’s clients through creative content. Within a year of being founded, Francis Volpe’s company Y Not You Media got recognition from high tier media outlets including Forbes, The New York Weekly, Medium, and several others. He is considered to be one of the most sought-after content strategists for building advanced strategies for his clients’ brands.

Born in Westchester, NY, and raised by his mother, Volpe learned the value of hard work and dedication at an early age. During and after graduation, he did various internships and jobs and went on to find the one thing that grabbed his interest - digital marketing.

After founding Y Not You Media in 2018, Francis Volpe has never looked back and has been often named as one of the fastest-growing entrepreneurs in New York. Under his leadership, the company works on custom-tailored marketing needs and has been named as a social media attention agency by The American Reporter. Y Not You Media has helped its clients to grow strong and recognizable brands and establishing them as authoritative figures within their industry. Early life and education

Francis Volpe was born on 15 March 1994 and raised in Westchester, NY by his mother. Volpe’s mother did multiple jobs that included being a public-school teacher, fitness trainer and a union leader. He found his interest in sports in childhood, playing football and hockey at Fordham Prep, then going on to play football at Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Francis was very close to his grandmother, whom he lost to cancer. She was a recognized influential personality who never missed any of his activities and achievements.

Volpe completed his high school education in 2012 from Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx. He went onto to Assumption College to earn his Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing. While in college, he was a part of the College NCAA Division II Football team and a member of the Marketing Club.[2]

Career

Volpe started his career as an assistant loan officer intern for RFA Capital Corp. and as a Marketing Intern for Species Nutrition and Rx Muscle in 2015. He also gained sales experience while working for New York Life Insurance Company as an agent in 2016.

In July 2016, he started his digital marketing career at Ufit Gym as a marketing director. While working at Ufit Gym, he obtained the expertise to implement marketing strategies. In February 2018, Volpe signed a one-year contract with RFA Capital Corp as a result of the excellent performance he showcased during his internship with the company. He served and performed as a loan officer for RFA Capital Corp.

During his jobs in the corporate world, Francis Volpe felt that something was missing and realized he was not the right fit for these professions. With a quest to find his passion, Francis began stunt training in New Rochelle, NY and also coached as an assistant on the varsity Hockey team at Fordham Prep. During this time, he also appeared in a few top TV shows as a stuntman.

In 2018, Volpe’s entrepreneurial career started and he founded a digital marketing agency, Y Not You Media. The company made a name in New York and helped several clients to generate business leads, reach a broader audience, and enhanced their brand authority. Y Not You Media went on to gain huge success with becoming a six-figure company in just six months and being accredited by Forbes in 2019.

Personal life

Francis was highly motivated and influenced by his family members. He was raised by his mother as an only child. Volpe is motivated by his mother to work hard each day with the intent of giving him a life without struggle, this significantly impacted him, and taught him the importance of obligation towards one’s craft. Francis was incredibly impacted by his grandma and lost her to cancer. His respect towards his dad can be sensed in his social media profiles, who taught him to never let anyone tell him that he can't accomplish his goals. [2]
