FLUX is a Malaysian online marketplace for monthly car and motorcycle subscriptions[1]. The company acts as a broker and charges a commission from each subscription between hosts and subscribers[2]. The company was founded in 2018 with the aim of redefining the way that people own vehicles as an alternative to traditional loans.

History

FLUX was launched in Malaysia in 2019 by Aziz Ayman when he recognized that car loans, which hadn't been innovated upon within the past two decades, often resulted in households defaulting on their debt.

He aimed to address these issues by creating an online platform that would connect vehicle owners with underutilized cars and motorcycles with individuals who want to subscribe to them[3][4].
