Eva Garzon (born 08/09/1990) is a Spanish entrepreneur, investor, and broker. She is the founder of The Grand Lion Real Estate Group, a leading real estate firm based in Miami, Florida. Garzon has over a decade’s experience working in the construction business and is regarded for her work throughout the industry.[1][2]

Garzon, in her diversified career, has worked with a number of high-profile clientele and is known to build close professional relationships with them. She has been featured in several media outlets including Kivo Daily, Miami Herald, The American Reporter, The Real Deal, The US News, Miami Wire, The Chicago Journal, San Francisco Post, and others.[3][4][5][6][7]

Early life and education

Garzon was born in 1990 in Avila, Spain. After completing her high school education at Medalla Milagrosa School, Garzon moved to Madrid and enrolled in the University Pontificia of Comillas, where she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She was also selected to be a part of The Analytics Intelligence Cathedra in 2009. In 2010 she was selected in a scholarship program by Fordham University in New York, where she did a course in business networking, banking, and international relationships.

In 2012 Garzon moved to Miami as a part of The Goya Mundus scholarship program through which she was offered a paid internship. During her University, her skills in marketing and sales drove her to be the number #1 team to represent L’Oreal on creating a new product for Body Shop.

Career

Garzon started her career in 2013 when she joined Brokers International Group, Inc. as a real estate agent. Brokers International Group, Inc. is a renowned real estate firm in Miami, Florida. After working for four years at this firm, Garzon left to start her entrepreneurial journey.[8][9]

In 2017, Garzon founded The Grand Lion Real Estate Group with the aim to offer a unique way of experiencing the Real Estate transaction. The Grand Lion Real Estate Group is a boutique brokerage company with leading sales in Brickell, Downtown Miami.[10][11] Her firm offers a vast range of services such as Real Estate consulting, Sales and marketing, Property management, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate investments, Residential Real Estate, Short Sales, Residential Rentals, Mortgage services, Retail, Title services, New development marketing, and Relocation.[12][13]

Apart from that, Garzon also specializes in marketing and sales, skills she acquired during her internship with L’Oreal.[14][15]

Awards

Garzon is the recipient of the Brand Storm 2012 by L'oreal and recognition by The Analytics Intelligence Cathedra for her market analysis report in 2014.

Personal life

Garzon is fluent in Spanish, English, and French. Garzon, during her career, has also pursued modeling.
