Eofis is a Turkish commercial real estate company that provides flexible serviced office and virtual office services in over 11 locations including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Gaziantep, Bursa, Konya, and Mersin.[1] It is a privately held company based in Yesilkoy, Istanbul, operating since 2009.[2]
Eofis designs and builds physical and virtual shared spaces and office services for entrepreneurs and companies. The company gained mainstream attention for its affordable high quality, and modern office solutions. The organization, since its inception, has set up over 800 serviced offices in A+ plazas and locations and over 6000 virtual offices.
History
Eofis was established in 2009 with the objective of providing flexible office space to customers in Turkey. It soon became the fastest-growing lessee of new office space in the country providing quality office solutions infused with technological infrastructure and modern office and meeting spaces.[3]
The highlighting feature of Eofis was that it gave an 80% cost advantage to companies, entrepreneurs, and business executives working in a diverse range of industries, especially the mobile workers looking to cut back on the general costs of an office by incorporating remote working culture.
