Cvijanovic graduated from the High School of Philology in 2009, specializing in English language and literature with Spanish, German, and Latin as second languages. She holds a bachelor's degree in English language and literature from the Faculty of Philology, Novi Sad, graduating in 2012.

Cvijanovic started her career in 2011 and has since taken roles across content creation and management, writing and editorial, collaboration and strategy, and review and web content. She has worked with companies such as Wannabe LLC, Ipyro Serbia, Silver Bell Group, Telegraf.rs, Four Dots, LimoLabs, The Men, and Best Shop.
In 2012, leveraging her linguistic proficiency, Cvijanovic started as an English language teacher at Life College and Avalon School of Foreign Languages. Subsequently, in 2015, she joined NCR Corporation in Belgrade as a retail coordinator and problem-solving agent, catering to high-demand clients such as Sephora, Starbucks, Burberry, Mango, Estee Lauder, Ralph Lauren, Family Dollar, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Sears, and Siemens Columnist.
While Cvijanovic's professional journey had occasionally seen her immersed in full-time projects that weren't exclusively aligned with the realm of writing, she was never deterred from maintaining a fervent dedication to the craft of content creation. In fact, she has, simultaneously, pursued her passion for writing, producing both personal literary works and engaging in collaborations with freelance clients she doesn't list due to NDA agreements she signed. However, her steadfast devotion to the art of linguistic expression remains constant, exemplifying her unwavering commitment to the written word.
In 2017, Cvijanovic founded CreativePen Consulting, a content marketing company offering services such as content writing, SEO optimization, content creation, blogging, and related services to businesses across various industries.
Although working on Silver Bell Group's iGaming projects back in 2016, Cvijanovic's full transition to iGaming happened in 2019 when she joined Catena Media as an iGaming content writer and editor, managing a portion of AskGamblers content creation and directing the AskGamblers social media content strategy. Her responsibilities included daily research, writing, publishing high-quality content, editing and proofreading AskGamblers material in English, and providing editorial, creative, and technical support to the team. In her role, she actively managed content across various platforms, solidifying AskGamblers' brand identity and expanding its online presence.
As a casino writer and iGaming specialist, Cvijanovic's work focuses on analyzing gaming strategies, industry developments, and advocating for responsible gambling practices. Her writings aim to inform and cultivate a knowledgeable and responsible gaming culture.
