Kostochko Elena, was born on February 14, 1982 in the Moscow region in the family of a military engineer for the strategic missile forces and business woman.

She graduated from high school in the Moscow region and in 2000, upon entering the Russian State University for the Humanities, she moved to live, study and work in Moscow.

In 2021 she moved to live and develop her business in France.

Biography

Elena grew up in a military unit, which was located in the forest 6 kilometers from the nearest city. Her father served as an engineer, and her mother worked as a waitress. At that time there were no computers, and all children's entertainment took place in the forest, in the fresh air. Her father’s parents lived on a farm, were wealthy and had their own farm. Her childhood was spent in a forest where there was a river surrounded by willows and overgrown reeds. Comrade guys, children of the military. Many animals, including horses. The changes of the seasons were perceived as huge and always new events.

When winter came, and the garden and house were covered with snow, the wind started singing songs in the chimneys. All this developed her imagination and daydreaming.

Elena’s father is very educated and well-read, which is why she has had a love for books since childhood. She almost never read children's books; her favorite writer was Turgenev, Bulgakov, then Pushkin,Tolstoy, Nekrasov and Dumas.

Early 90s changed the quiet life of the people of the military town. The town was gone, some were disbanded, there was no work. Mom quickly got her bearings and started running a business that fed the whole family.

She graduated from high school No. 3 in Mozhaisk in 1999 and in 2000 entered the Russian State University for the Humanities. Mozhaisk at that time was a dusty, gloomy and ugly city, where people had no work and drank themselves to death; they just wanted to escape from there.

During her studies, she was always drawn to some kind of informal process of creation; she loved notebooks, books, the reading room and ink. As a student, she worked and tried herself in sales and marketing, which became her professional field. She was a member of the “Walking Together” party and was involved in volunteer activities.

At the age of 27, she got married, but the marriage was not successful, and after a couple of years the family broke up, and Elena continued to develop professionally, putting material priorities and guidelines at the forefront.

In 2009, she received a second higher education, graduating from the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and continues to build his career and work harder. She likes the pharmaceutical market, she has great success and she decides to develop further, so in 2010 she enters the First Moscow State Medical University and continues his studies and work.

In 2016, she opened her own consulting company and specializes in providing services to pharmaceutical companies on the international market.

In 2021 she gets married and moves to live in Paris, where she opens a company and continues her professional activities to this day.

Career

While studying at the Russian State University for the Humanities from 2000 to 2005, she began working at the Blagoda company [7], which was engaged in the production and sale of dairy products. Her career began as an operator in a call center, then she was a personal assistant to the owner of the company and a leading sales manager in one of the company's sales offices.

After graduating from her first higher education in 2005, she received an offer from Alliance Healthcare in Russia (a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Europe) and began working as Head of the Sales Department. Having demonstrated strong sales results, she was offered the position of Head of the company's branches, which she developed from 2006 to 2008. She received several awards and diplomas for outstanding sales management and financial results.

Also, from 2005 to 2009, she received a second higher education at the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs [8], specializing in civil jurisprudence.

In 2008, the company began to actively develop several new business areas. The Alphega Pharmacie [9] project is coming to Russia. This is the first association of independent pharmacies, a project that the Alliance Healthcare developed in Europe. The company is forming a new department for working with federal and regional pharmacy chains, which Elena was asked to head.

From 2008 to 2010, she was developing two large areas and opening up new opportunities for cooperation between pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical distributors and pharmacy chains. Several federal networks are part of the Alphega Pharmacie project and the active development of new services in the pharmaceutical market begins.

She worked with such federal pharmacy chains as 36.6[10] ,Rigla[11], A5, Stolichnyye Apteki[12] and A.V.E. and many others

From 2010 to 2012, she continued to work in the company, returning to the position of Director of the network of representative offices.

During the same period, she began studying at the First Moscow Medical Institute at the Faculty of Pharmacy

For several years she has received awards as the best Network Director throughout the global Alliance Healthcare system.

She completed training and internships in several company offices located in Europe.

A little later, the company will decide to leave the Russian market and sell the business.

So, in 2012, Elena began working as Director for Strategic Development of the Trade Design[13] group of companies, which was engaged in professional equipment of production

Having brought the company out of the crisis and made a profit, she decides to develop further and accepts the offer from Petrovax Pharm[14]

Since 2015, he has been working as a Commercial Director and is responsible for several business areas located in Russia, the CIS countries and the European Union.

Having brought the company's business to an operating plus, she decides to open her own company.

Thus, in 2016, the Regenio[15] company was created, which provides consulting on the international pharmaceutical market.

From 2016 to 2023, the company implemented several large-scale projects in Russia, the CIS countries and the European Union and brought such brands to the pharmaceutical market as Telomerol[16] and TA-65 telomerase activator, 2009 Nobel Prize Elizabeth Blackburn , Daigo[17] (Japanese technology for the fermentation of lactobacilli), Spermedin Nobel Prize 2016 prize Yoshinori Ohsumi , Ganoderma lucidum (polysaccharides), Health Club in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan[18], the concept of which is aimed at teaching people how to take care of their health and active longevity, Alvimedica Cardio Stents and others.
