Early Life and Education
Dr. Natseva was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, into a family that valued education and intellectual curiosity. From a young age, she showed a strong interest in human behavior, philosophy, and the inner workings of the mind. Her early fascination with understanding people’s motivations led her to pursue formal studies in psychology.
She graduated with honors and continued her academic journey by earning multiple international degrees, including a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD) and a Doctorate in Business Management (DBM). Her interdisciplinary education in psychology and business enabled her to blend scientific understanding of the human mind with strategic thinking and leadership methodologies.[13][14]
This combination of disciplines became the cornerstone of her later work — uniting emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and business psychology into an integrated approach to personal and professional growth.[15][16]

Since its inception, Happy Life Academy® has grown into one of the largest and most respected personal development academies in Europe, training and certifying over 100,000 students and professionals globally.[25] The academy offers internationally recognized certification programs in coaching, psychology, and leadership, combining scientific research with practical life strategies.[26]
To further her mission of raising global coaching standards, Dr. Natseva also established the International Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (IAPTC) — an organization that brings together trainers, coaches, and mentors from around the world.[27] IAPTC focuses on professional certification, ethical practice, and the continuous education of personal development professionals.[28][29]
In addition to her organizational leadership, Dr. Natseva is the author of over 15 bestselling books, which explore topics such as self-awareness, leadership, emotional mastery, and the psychology of success. Her works are available internationally, including on platforms like Amazon.[30] Through her writing, she shares her belief that true transformation begins with self-understanding and extends to creating positive impact in society.[31]
One of her most recognized global initiatives is her movement titled “1 Million Awakened,” which seeks to inspire one million people worldwide to live consciously, embrace abundance, and lead with purpose.[32][33]
