Dr. Indranil Ghosh (born June 16, 1974) is an investor, author, and advisor. Ghosh is CEO of impact investment firm Tiger Hill Capital[1]and was previously Head of Strategy at Mubadala, Abu Dhabi’s Sovereign Investment and Development fund. He has held senior roles at Bridgewater Associates and McKinsey & Co. Dr. Ghosh earned a B.A. in Natural Sciences and an M.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Trinity College, Cambridge. He received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).)[2]

Books and Publications

Dr. Ghosh has written on sustainable economic development, ESG, and impact investing matters.[3][4]

Dr. Ghosh’s recent book Powering Prosperity: A Citizen’s Guide to Shaping the 21st Century[5] was the recipient of a gold medal in the 2020 Nautilus Book Awards [6]for the best business and leadership book. Powering Prosperity also earned an Axiom Business Book Award[7] in 2021 in the category of International Business & Globalization.

In August 2021 Ghosh launched a podcast series “Impact Unicorns”, which features entrepreneurs building transformative companies.[8]

Personal Life

Ghosh is married to Priyanka, a Leadership Coach and a Strategic Talent Advisor. They have two boys, Kabir (b. 2009) and Raphael (b. 2016) and divide their time between London and New York.
