Founded in 2023 by Alon Zlatkin and Yuval Rachlin (globaldots), the company started as a venture to can IT automation software that provides innovative solutions to streamline ITAM and remote onboarding[4] processes dealing with: IT procurement services ,asset lifecycle management, IT purchasing, IT infrastructure management and global logistics. Dots’ solution grew into a full company in 2024 and started to spear the word of its IT asset management software that is here to revolutionize the IT world.[5][6]

History

Established in 2023, Dots was conceived by Yuval Rachlin the CEO of Globaldots and operated by Alon Zlatkin who acted as her CEO, leveraging their experience and knowledge from Globaldots they pursue the IT automation solution that will streamline the IT inventory management and IT infrastructure management process.[7]

Initially a project to automate and optimize IT asset management and procurement processes, the company quickly became a standalone entity after securing $2 million in funding.[8] Within a year, Dots expanded its operations, growing into a team of 30 workers that are spread all over the world with locations like Miami, Tel-Aviv, Berlin, Kiev and serves over 100 tech enterprises across the US, Europe, and Asia. Customers include Coralogix, Plus+500, SilverFort, My Heritage, Plarium, Forescount, Fire Blocks, Skybox, ZFX, Shield, AppsFlyer, and Cato Networks.[9]
