History
DoorLoop was founded in 2019 by Ori Tamuz,[3] David Bitton, Adam Mait, Itay Gardi, and Matthew Cave. The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida, with an additional office in Tel Aviv, Israel. The all-in-one property management software was developed to provide affordable and comprehensive software for property managers and owners.[4]
In September 2021, DoorLoop raised $10 million in seed funding led by DoorLoop's founders and private investors.[5] The funding came on the heels of the company’s growth and was used for further investment in its software, recruiting efforts and marketing initiatives. The company donated 1% of all profits to charities including the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
In September 2022, DoorLoop closed a $20 million Series A funding round from Alpine Software Group (ASG),[6] a portfolio company of Investors that buys and builds vertical SaaS companies.[7]

In June 2024, DoorLoop launched a communications suite that allows property managers, owners, tenants, and vendors to communicate through real-time, two-way SMS messaging with the goal to centralize communications and enhance responsiveness and organization. Key features include: searchable chats, bulk messaging, and task creation from conversations.
