Dina Ayman is an Egyptian-American advocate for Diversity and Inclusion in the Technology and Engineering field. She is a Software Engineering Program Manager at Microsoft.com, a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).[1], and a founder and CEO of Diversity and Inclusion Power. She holds a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Dina was the first Egyptian to graduate with the two degrees in the same year in the U.S. in 2018 as reported by major newspapers across the Middle East[2][3]. Prior to working at Microsoft, she worked at Intel as a Network Software Engineer where she worked on the infrastructure part of 5G. Dina also served on the Technology and Telecommunications Commission for the City of Austin in the State of Texas, U.S. reporting to the Mayor Office.

Dina has a huge passion for encouraging and empowering women in the Engineering and Technology field where she serves on Leadership committees to merge the gaps [4][5]. The U.S. Embassy highlighted that her work has touches countless women across the field[6]. She has been featured in many newspapers, magazines, and appeared on a lot of TV Shows to share her story to how she became a Program Manager at Microsoft and also the youngest Professor NJIT at 27 years old[7][8][9][10][11]
