Dev Dass Manandhar(Nepali: देव दास मानन्धर; 15 Nov 1952 – 5 Nov 2023) was a well known newa scholar and activist as well as a Nepal Bhasa Linguist who is best known for his work in standardizing Nepal Lipi and Ranjana Lipi for inclusion in Unicode.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

He graduated with a Masters degree in Chemical Process Technology from Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava in 1979.[7]
