History

Desygner was launched on January 18, 2016. The company was founded by Alexander Rich, Mariana Assuncao Aguiar, Sayan Bhattacharya, Alexandre Goloskok, and Ignacio Diaz. Desygner was founded with the aim to create such a platform that offers design solutions ranging from personal design services, small one-time projects to global graphic design projects.

Desygner can be used to create multiple types of graphic design content such as website, social media content, banners, marketing materials, posters, invitations, cards, and presentations. This platform provides access to thousands of easy to edit, custom templates, 500,000+ Pro Shutterstock images, and over 10 Billion Google images. The basic version of this website is free of cost, but it also offers paid subscriptions like Desygner Pro+, Desygner Business and Desygner Enterprise.

The latest solution added to the company’s vast range of offerings was its print solutions service that allows the users to professionally print their designs through the Desygner platform and have them shipped directly to their address.

In 2019, Desygner opened an operating office in Lisbon, Portugal.

In 2020, Desygner partnered with Shutterstock, an American stock photo agency, to upgrade Desygner’s Pro+ plan and Business plan.[5] This partnership resulted in providing access to over 500,000 Shutterstock images and eradicating image royalty expenses. Also, in the same year, Desygner’s Singapore office was opened.

Desygner’s US office will open by March 2021.
