Deepak Kaistha is the founder and Chief executive officer of DKODING Media[1], Millennial-first global digital media house from India[2]. Before starting DKODING Media in 2018, Deepak served as Chief executive officer for Planman Media[3] and Managing director for TBM Growth[4]. He was the Chief Editorial Advisor for The Human Factor magazine[5].

Deepak Kaistha started his career with Xerox India in 1997 through 2000 and then moved to one of the leading Human Resource Consulting firms Planman Consulting in 2001. He served as the Group CEO of Planman Consulting.[6]

Deepak Kaistha was instrumental in conceptualising Power Brands awards and was the CEO for Power Brands.[7] The PowerBrands Glam was quoted as the Oscars of the Indian business world by Vegs Inc.[8]

Early Life

Deepak Kaistha was born in a small town in Himachal Pradesh, India. He grew up in Dharamshala.

Education

Kaistha earned a bachelor's in Economics from Himachal Pradesh University and Post Graduation in Planning and Management from Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
