Dave Sidhu (born 2 November 1986) is an India-born Australian Film director, casting director and actor who works in Punjabi and Hindi films.[1][2]

Early Life & Education

Dave Sidhu born Jatinder Singh and his wife Surjeet Kaur at Barnala, Punjab. He completed a diploma in filmmaking from Australian Film Institute (AFI).

Career

Sidhu made his acting debut with Pareshaan Parinda (2018) in a supporting role. He worked as a casting director in the film Pareshaan Parinda (2018) and Kuriyan Jawan Baapu Preshaan (2021).[3] Along with directing and producing several music videos. Sidhu ventured in film direction in the year 2020 with The Oneness (a short documentary film on Indo-Australian people)[4]
