Early Life[edit]

Burtin ran track in high school and, in 2019, broke school records[5]. In his senior year, he would make school history by becoming the first track sprinter at NDCL to qualify for the state track meet held at The Ohio State University[6].

Later, Burtin attended Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) as an Honors Student[7]. At Tri-C, Burtin would be featured in the school's Times Magazine[8][9].

Career[edit]

While in high school, Dana Burtin posted his first video in 2017 by taking part in the SoGoneChallenge[10]. In the same year, he would make his alias, "LyricalGenes" and released his most popular video to date entitled, "Brainstorm"[11].

Burtin has acted in a plethora of independent films in Ohio[12][13][1]. Apart from this, Backstage featured Burtin in their February 2022 magazine publication[14].

Burtin dove into the voiceover business completing a commercial project called Whoop through a company called Stept Studios for a Patrick Mahomes endorsement commercial.[15] Burtin would also voice over his independent project called, "Against Yourself"[16]
