Cubert Inc. is a Canadian parent company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. It was created in 2018 with the purpose of conceiving, building, and bringing health and wellness products to market. The company’s stated purpose is helping millions of people worldwide care for themselves and their loved ones. The two co-founders currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).[1][2][3]
Cubert’s brands include FitTrack (health management), Toby & Ace (pet care) & Eskafil (skincare). Cubert has activities in the UK, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Italy, Spain & Australia. In 2020, the company saw 300% growth, led by sales of its flagship product, the Dara Smart Scale (FitTrack).[4][5][6]
History
Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Cubert was founded in June 2018 by Marius Ronnov (CEO, Cubert) and Jeffrey Lee (CSO, Cubert). The pair shared a vision of better helping people care for themselves and their loved ones by improving the quality and access to care products on the market. With experience in technology and consumer behaviour, Lee and Ronnov’s collection of brands focus on health and happiness.[7][8]
In January 2019, Cubert announced plans to launch its first brand, FitTrack. As of 2021, the company operates in eight countries and has 70 permanent employees in the US and Canada.[9][10][11]

Cubert’s first brand, FitTrack, is the company’s largest and most successful to date, followed by Toby & Ace (August 2020), and Eskafil (October 2020).

We liked the name Cubert because it was a humanized play on the word incubation.
