Cody Desmond Adams is an American entrepreneur, real estate professional, leader, and innovator. He founded Kinfolk Home Loans, a mortgage company, to offer mortgages at the best rate. Adams leads the company as its CEO, entering the mortgage industry with a mission to provide purpose-driven, intimate theories of intimacy and innovative ideas. Admas has two different podcasts on major platforms.[1]
Kinfolk Home Loans assists its clients in making better decisions that will have positive results in the future. Adams has a vision and mindset and is recognized for his hard-working personality, making him a thriving and successful entrepreneur.[2]
Early life and education
Adams was born in Fountain Valley, California. Right from his childhood, he displayed an interest in learning new things. He was a bright student and consistently scored well in academics. Adam's interest in helping others dates back to his schoolboy days. He focused on his future and career, molded himself and worked hard to learn the entrepreneurial and fitness concepts.
Adams attended Arizona State University for graduation and was very active in university events and activities. In 2008, Adams shifted to Phoenix to explore new opportunities.
Career
In 2012, Adams started working in the fitness and hospitality industry. After working for a while, he decided to switch his profession and work in the mortgage industry. He began his career in one of the largest mortgage companies in the United States. His work caught attention and was recognized on multiple occasions, helping his career grow rapidly in the industry.[3]
Adams became the top leader in his company for around six years, leading many loan officers to become successful in a very short time. He was rewarded with several awards for his leadership styles and as an originator. He remained with the company for seven years until deciding to start his entrepreneurial career.[4]
Adams founded the mortgage company “Kinfolk Home Loans” to provide better services based on his experience. To grow the enterprise, he focused on forming talented team members who could understand the clients’ needs and serve them better. Kinfolk Home Loans assists people who have dreams of building their own homes by providing them with guidance and the right mortgage services. The company focuses on data and analysis that suit their clients and connects them with their experienced brokers who can assist them according to their needs.
Personal life
Adams is a fitness freak and is passionate about golf. He spends time with his family and friends. He connects with people and motivates them to enhance their lifestyles during his free time.
