Claudio Raimondi (born 13 April 1983) is an Italian businessman. He is an Executive Fellow of Marketing at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he teaches and serves on the advisory board.[1][2]
He is a former Commercial Operations Director and a member of the Executive Committee at Vodafone Italy, and was previously the General Manager of eBay in Italy. He has over 20 years of experience in the e-commerce, technology, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries. He has a broad international experience and has worked for some of the largest multinationals. He was named "Manager of the Year" by Premio Italia Giovane in 2016.
Education
Raimondi holds a degree in business administration, with a focus on marketing, economics, and statistics, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, graduating in 2006. During his time there, he was actively involved in the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). In 2004, he also completed a study program in marketing at Hanken School of Economics
Career
Started his career at Pirelli in Milan, Italy. He joined the UK office of Pirelli in 2005, where he worked on commercial and logistics. In 2009 he moved back to Milan, Italy where he took on global roles.
He joined Vodafone in January 2011 where he worked for a few years in the commercial operations and digital divisions. In April 2013 he left Vodafone Italy and joined EBay as Head of Buyer in Italy[3] rising to General Manager in October 2014[4][5][6].
He rejoins[7] Vodafone on April 2107 as Head of Digital for Italy[8].
In July 2019, he was appointed board member[9] of the Italian Vodafone Foundation[10].
