Christian Gravias (born 21 February 1994; Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian Greek Real Estate expert and business executive based in Melbourne, Australia. Gravias is a highly acclaimed Real Estate agent and digital influencer, who is best known for creating social media and viral property videos to help better real estate sales. He currently is the Director of Collings Real Estate, a Real Estate agent and property management company and the Director of Collings Sports, a talent management agency dedicated to professional athletes.[1]

Gravias was born in Melbourne, Australia and had interest in Real Estate right from his graduation.[2] After completing a course in Real Estate from the Box Hill Institute, he joined Collings Real Estate. Gravias is known for his innovative ideas that can help in drawing attention to properties. He creates videos on Youtube and social media that help in getting better sales and has helped him in establishing himself as a Real Estate influencer in Australia.[3]

Early life and education

Christian Gravias was born in Melbourne, Australia on 21 February 1994. Gravias completed his primary education from Alphington Grammar School. In 2009, he joined Marcellin College to complete his high school education. In 2013, He completed his Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) at Box Hill Institute.

He has grown up watching his father work in the Real Estate industry which developed his interest, ultimately leading him to join and help grow his father’s Real Estate Agency.

Career

After completing education and a course in Real Estate, Gravias joined Collings Real Estate in July 2013 as a property executive. Right from the beginning, Gravias learned the basics and delivered outstanding results to his clients. He focused on building business relationships and soon started finding growth.[4]

Gravias’s work was noticed and he was considered as one of the pioneers in the Real Estate industry in Victoria. In 2018, he became the Director of Collings Sports, a talent management agency for professional athletes. In January 2019, he was promoted as the Director of Collings Real Estate.[5]

Gravias has been focused on digital marketing and started creating videos that can be uploaded on YouTube and shared on all social networks. His hard work paid off and he soon started seeing a major following and his videos have amassed nearly an average viewership of 100,000. Gravias focused on selling Real Estate using social media and viral property videos.

Personal life

Gravias was born in the family of Tom Gravias and Penny Gravias and is married to Nicole Dalambaris. He is fluent in Greek and English. In his spare time, Gravias spends time with his family and friends.

Gravias is also a keen follower of sports supporting Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League.
