Carlos Puckerin (born October 17, 1983) is a Barbadian-American-Canadian entrepreneur, real estate investor, real estate sales expert, marketing guru, and motivational speaker. He is a successful real estate investor and salesperson. He has won numerous awards for his work, including obtaining eXp’s ICON Award status in his very first year of real estate sales. Puckerin is best known for his expertise in sales, business, branding, marketing, and real estate. Today, he teaches realtors how to use his signature "Loaded Agent" methods and principles to succeed in real estate.[1][2]
Puckerin gained recognition in the business world after winning a Roots Canada marketing campaign in college, dropping out and then opening his own clothing store, Exclusive Clothing. He later fell in love with fitness, started his own personal training business, and eventually opened his own gym and fitness brand, FL3X.[3] However, after losing his gym unexpectedly, Puckerin invested in real estate education and became very successful.[4]
Early life and education
Growing up as a youth, Puckerin's parents divorced when he was young. He remembers going from having an elaborate train city set in a beautiful home in a nice neighbourhood to struggling with his mom as a single parent. Puckerin was attracted to success, wealth, and business from a young age. He knew he didn't want to be poor and always found creative ways to make money.
Puckerin started his first business unknowingly. He had a paper route and recruited a few kids in his neighbourhood to deliver the papers for him, to which he would pay them with Twinkies and Kool-aid. Puckerin later graduated to sports cards, creating a collection that would likely be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars today. He has always had a natural knack for people, business, and sales. However, as a young man, Puckerin used those talents in the wrong arena. Being influenced by the wrong culture and crowd, Puckerin started a business that became an elaborate organisation, but both fortunately and unfortunately, it got him into some trouble.
Career
Puckerin started his brick-and-mortar business, opening a clothing store with his best friend, and he ran it successfully for over ten years. He created a culture and lifestyle around his business and brand, which was highly respected in the community. In addition, Carlos has always supported his local community and is passionate about access to clean water. Through Exclusive Clothing, Puckerin ran a water drive after the tragedy in Flint, Michigan, and together with the community they were able to donate over 100,000 bottles of water, which he personally drove over weekly.[5]
Later Puckerin fell in love with fitness, after losing 100 lbs after his grandmother died, and eventually started his own personal training business. He was bringing in so many clients to a local gym (which was struggling) that they begged to bring him on staff. Within six months, Puckerin took an empty 12,000 square foot gym to bursting at the seams and created a culture unlike any gym had seen before in the area. Later Puckerin opened his own gym and fitness brand FL3X Fitness; after taking over a gym that was on the brink of bankruptcy, he was able to help over 400 people in just two years lose over 50 pounds, and there were routinely not enough parking spots for those attending. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and the building owner's lack of financial responsibility, he lost the business at the height of its success. This devastated him. Puckerin went from running a successful gym that was the centre of health and fitness culture in his city to being locked out.[6]
Puckerin was traumatised and could not see a way to move forward. So he took a big leap and decided to move to Texas. It was then Puckerin started in real estate. He invested his last $20,000 into education to become a real estate investor. Real estate had always intrigued him. When he first began in 2019, it was a great business. However, once COVID 19 came, it shook the industry. Deals became few and far between, and Puckerin needed a more reliable and stable income. So he went into the financial sector. Although he was successful, selling insurance and securities, he was not able to obtain the lifestyle he wanted. Puckerin found a quick job, somehow selling insulation, and quickly rose to the company's highest ranks and changed the entire culture and operations. Throughout this process, Puckerin never gave up on real estate, and Puckerin received his Real Estate Salesperson licence in Texas, in 2021.[7]
Puckerin did 40 transactions in his first year and grossed just under $700,000 in commissions. He figured out a way to merge his real estate investing knowledge with his Realtor licence and created a signature way to break the glass ceiling on 3% commissions. Puckerin calls it the Loaded Agent method, and it is revolutionary. Today, Puckerin teaches Realtors how to succeed in real estate by using Loaded Agent methods and principles to help people in precarious real estate situations.[8]

Personal life
Puckerin is a highly motivated and self-driven individual who always delivers his best. Whether playing sports, fitness and health, business, sales, real estate, speaking, or anything else. His loss of 100 lbs after his grandmother passed helped elevate his sense of awareness and zest for accomplishment.
Having a child at just twenty years old also made him take his life much more seriously. In June of 2019, when Puckerin lost his gym, he had just had his son Saint, who was only two months old. His wedding was also scheduled for September 1, 2019, and it was a very traumatic and stressful time in Puckerin's life as he didn't know how to move forward and provide for his family. Luckily Puckerin's wife became his most significant source of support and encouraged him to try business in the United States. After trying to recreate the success Puckerin had in the gym and failing, being newly married with a newborn, he dove into Real Estate, which became his forever career.
Real Estate has allowed him to use his skills and talents at the highest possible level while making an exponential impact on the people he serves and the community at large. In addition, it has given him the lifestyle Puckerin always wanted, and he looks forward to teaching as many Realtors as possible how to be successful in Real Estate and break the glass ceiling on 3% commissions teaching the Loaded Agent success principles and methods.
