Rosen's hypothesis is that all NCDs stem from pancreatic abuse that means anytime you raise your Blood sugar level over 100 ninety minutes after you eat a meal or a snack you are asking for health problems. Based on her research, she believes that the pancreas is the gatekeeper of good health vs. poor health; weight gain vs. weight loss.[11][12]

Books

Rosen is the author of three books:

  • Through the Mirror
  • The Pancreatic Oath[13]
  • Forget Dieting! It's all about Data Driven Fueling[14]
