History

2007-2011: BZT Fashion (original name) was founded in 2007 to conduct outsourced online, mono-brand operations for fashion brands. In 2011, Hermann Haraldsson was recruited as the company’s new CEO. After almost going out of business, the company was relaunched as a multi-brand webstore on an in-house purpose-built platform known as Boozt.com.

2014-2017: In 2014, the company expanded their product offerings and introduced premium brands to their selection. In 2015 the name BZT Fashion AB was changed to Boozt Fashion AB and Booztlet.com, the online fashion outlet store, was launched.

The first physical Booztlet Outlet store was opened in Copenhagen 2016.

In 2017, Boozt expanded the product offering on Boozt.com to cosmetics. The same year, the first physical Beauty by Boozt store also opened in Denmark. The company has since opened a Beauty by Boozt store in Emporia Malmö[4].

In 2019 the company moved into the new HQ, a 1,500 m² office in Hyllie, Malmö.

In the same year, the company was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. In November 2020 Boozt was listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

2020 - Present As a result of the rapid growth of the company, Boozt is in the process of expanding the fulfilment operations in Ängelholm along with additional space at the HQ in Malmö.

In late 2020 Boozt launched the Home interior category with the ambition to build the strongest Home offering in the Nordics. Focusing on Nordic mid-to-premium priced Home & Interior brands, the aim is to offer the most confident selection available of strong Nordic Home & Interior brands[5]

In 2021, Boozt acquired their longstanding technology partner, Estina, with the intention to strengthen its in-house tech capabilities and secure full control of resources and growth[6]. In the same year, Boozt Fashion AB acquired 66.7% of the shares in the fashion brand, Rosemunde in the next step to become the Nordic destination for online shopping.[7]
