2009
AskGamblers launched the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS), which helps players resolve their issues with online casinos.
2016
The platform was acquired by Catena Media for €15 million.
2017
AskGamblers launched the AskGamblers Awards, presenting awards in various categories to the best iGaming and online casino companies.
2021
In April 2021, AskGamblers launched an AskGamblers podcast offering iGaming information through featured interviews with industry experts and professionals.[3]
2022
In June 2022, AskGamblers featured a new ‘Responsible Gambling’ tab across all online casino reviews, providing players with a comprehensive breakdown of gambling tools offered by listed brands, including deposit limits, spend monitors, times/session alerts and game risk indicators.
2023
AskGamblers was acquired by Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) for $47.8 million.[4][5] In July 2023, AskGamblers reached an all-time high of more than 500k registered players on the website.[6]

AskGamblers ranks casinos through the CasinoRank, which is an industry-automated ranking system. The website honors casino websites with a CasinoRank of 8.00 and above with a Certificate of Trust.
AskGamblers also reviews online slots, table games, card games, dice games, poker, craps, blackjack, bingo, and crypto casinos. It offers industry updates and news, aiding users to make informed decisions and engage in responsible gambling.
The website has an AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service section, which is an efficient casino complaints system that helps players resolve disputes they have with casinos. Every year, before the annual AskGamblers awards, AskGamblers hosts a charity night auction. The event's goal is to raise money for charitable causes. In 2023, AskGamblers raised €75,000 and donated it to UNICEF[9] and Danish Refugee Council (DRC).[10]
