Arslan Naseer
Arslan Naseer famed by CBA (Comics by Arslan), is a Pakistani actor and content creator who has been a part of script writing of famous cartoons “Burka Avenger”.[1][2] He did his acting debut in Hum TV ramadan rom-com Chupke Chupke (TV series) in 2021.[3]
Early life and education
Arslan Naseer was born on 1st August, 1985 and was raised in Islamabad, Pakistan and belongs to an army background. He has one brother and a sister and is a middle child himself. He did his schooling from a military school and bachelors in business from Ireland and then Studied MSc Marketing at University of Salford International in Manchester, UK. After completing his degree he came back to Pakistan.
Career
After he completed his degree, he started his journey in 2011 by sharing comics on Facebook. The comics under the tag CBA which means Comics By Arslan led him to popularity and encouraged him to make his own website.
Arslan Naseer was also a part of the team behind internationally acclaimed Pakistani cartoon “Burka Avenger”.[2][1] Arslan was one of the script writers in it and was approached himself by Haroon who was the producer in 2014. It was everyone’s favourite show and garnered a great deal of international attention as well as Peabody Awards and an International Emmy Awards nomination.[4]
Arslan used to review ads and movies on his YouTube channel in a satirical way. He also started discussing cricket and became the voice of cricket fans. In 2020, when Arslan was at the height of his career on youtube with CBA rewinds, spoofs and cricomedies. He was approached by HUM TV for a role in a Ramadan special drama.[5]
Filmography
Arslan signed the drama “Chupke Chupke (TV series)” and revealed that he’s been approached several times before too but this script is exactly something that he wanted to do.[3][6] This project gained him so much more love from audience and his character “Hadi” was the favourite of everyone.
Arslan then did his first telefilm "hona tha pyar" with Sanam Jung.[7] Arslan has also shot for IRK’s upcoming web series which is yet to release[8]. Arslan is currently doing Hum TV next Ramadan play named “paristan” with the same co star Aymen Saleem.[9]
Arslan is a part of Pakistan’s first international collaboration with Turkey for a series on the life of Saladin Ayyubi as well.[10]

2020: Featured in New Indian Express's "Lockdown stars across the globe"[11]
2021: 1st Pakistan International Screen Awards for best use of humour on social media.[12]
