Ariade Lee (阿里亚尼·李), she was the daughter of the Chinese General Li Baotang, who was the personnel general of the 13th KMT Army General Command (Shenyang Military Region).
She was the only woman in the National Revolutionary Army during the Chinese Civil War.
She was born in 1918. His father was Li Baotang, son of the Chinese ambassador to the Soviet Union Li Baotang. He would meet his future wife while he was studying in the Soviet Union, who was Russians.
She would join the National Revolutionary Army at the request of his father, serving in his division, 13th KMT Army General Command. After the victory against Japan she, due to Russian lineage, would serve as the link between the National Revolutionary Army and the Red Army in Manchuria.
