Arif Al-Saadi, an Iraqi poet born in 1975 in Baghdad. He is a member of the Union of Writers and Writers in Iraq, and holds a degree in modern Arabic literature in 2007. He published a critical book in 2007, entitled (The Daily Poetry) in which he dealt with the poetry of the poet Adnan Al-Sayegh.[1][2]

The Iraqi poet Arif Al-Saadi was born in 1975 in Baghdad.

Member of the Union of Writers and Writers of Iraq.

He holds a degree in modern Arabic literature in 2007, and a doctorate student at Al-Mustansiriya University.

He was the first president of the Al-Rusafa Association for Arabic Poetry, and won the first place in the Echo (Creators) Poetry Competition in Dubai in 2000, and won the second place in the Poet Suad Al-Sabah Young Poets Competition in 2004.

He issued his first poetry collection entitled (Journey Without Color) from the House of Cultural Affairs Baghdad in 1999, The poet also issued a critical book in 2007 entitled (The Daily Poettry) in which he dealt with the poetry of the poet Adnan Al-Sayegh, and released his second collection for an Iraqi palm series entitled (Omar Water) 2009.

He is one of the founders of the (Poetry Poem) movement in Iraq, and one of the signatories of the statement (Poem of Poetry) in 2002,

He participated in many poetry festivals in Iraq, including the Al-Murbad Festival for several sessions, the Al-Hawbi Festival, the Al-Muntanabi Festival, and the Al-Jawahi Festival, and participated in many Arab festivals in Jordan, Syria, Dubai and Iran, and he is also a presenter and cultural program in Al-Hurra - Iraq Channel.

He participated in the jury of the program "Hanging 45" in 2023.[3][4]
