Antoine Dwayne Johnson Sr (August 15 1985) is an African American entrepreneur with a demonstrated history working in the finance industry.[1] He is the founder of Black Squared, a company that strives to protect and grow the wealth of the African-American community in order to help them improve their economic position in the country.
Johnson is vastly regarded for his knowledge of finance and how to use the system to make money. He specializes in financial literacy, credit education, generating passive income, and building wealth.[2]
Early life
Johnson was born on August 15, 1985, in Newark, NJ. He was raised by his grandmother Mary L. Johnson who instilled a strong foundation and a great belief system and spent most of his time in the church. As a child, Johnson used to play music at different churches. At the age of 16, he received his license to preach and became the youngest licensed minister in the A.M.E. Church.
During his time at Weequahic High School, Johnson led the basketball team and earned the school two state titles. Johnson also played Football, Baseball, and Golf. Undoubtedly he became a varsity starter during his freshman year at Rutgers University. He completed his college education in 2006 and has since then been committed to giving back to the Black Society.
Career
Johnson started working right after leaving college. He became a car salesman and, within six months, was promoted to the post of manager. Eventually, Johnson became heavily involved in the financing aspect and became a finance manager and director of numerous car dealerships and dealerships groups.
Johnson has also worked at Bank of America in the credit card and credit division and at Wall St. as a stockbroker for John Thomas Financial. As of 2022, Johnson runs a financial service business that he started from the ground up, leveraging his experience in the industry. He has partnered with prestigious firms Like Prudential, MetLife, Nationwide, Mass Mutual, and others. Johnson is also a licensed real estate and life insurance broker.
Johnson's company, Black Squared, was founded with the goal of inspiring the African-American community to be more than the status quo and to transcend the stereotypes and systems that have been used to keep black people down. The company, since its inception, has been working to bridge the wealth gap between Black Communities and their white counterparts.

Personal life
Johnson was married to Talisha Johnson and has a 10-year-old son, Antoine Johnson, Jr. with her.
