Anand Bansode is an entrepreneur, adventurer, and author, known for his notable achievements in various domains.[1]. He is the founder and CEO of 360 Explorer Inc.[2] a prominent organization specializing in organizing Adventure Expeditions and Treks worldwide. [3],[4] Anand Bansode gained recognition for his remarkable feat of successfully summiting Mount Everest on May 19, 2012,[5] [6] [7] showcasing his determination and resilience in extreme conditions.
Early Childhood
During his childhood, Anand faced the obstacle of a Rhoticism speech disorder, which affected his ability to pronounce certain sounds correctly.[8] Additionally, he struggled with dyslexia and experienced academic difficulties, ultimately failing in the 9th grade. But today he has a lesson based on his life in the 9th standard book. Born into extreme poverty in Solapur, Maharashtra, India, Anand's father worked as a two-wheeler puncture mechanic to support the family. Anand successfully overcame his speech disorder, enabling him to deliver speeches at platforms such as TEDx[9], Josh Talk [10], and even at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.[11]

Anand has played Guitar on Everest Camp-2, On Mount Kilimanjaro Summit, Mount Elbrus, and Mount Kosciuszko. Highest mountains on all 4 continents.[12] [13] [14]

Cervical Injury
In 2015, Anand was bedridden due to his cervical injury. Some doctors told him that he would not be able to walk again. But after several months of physiotherapy and rest, he recovered and started climbing again.[20]
360 Explorer
Under Anand Bansode's leadership 360 Explorer Inc done acceleration program in 500 Global by Alberta Innovates.[21] Anand has been supporting LBGTQ and other underprivileged people to climb mountain for various social causes.[22] 360 Explorers arranging various adventures activities under mission inclusion led by Chitrasen Sahu
Unique Marriage
Anand Bansode married with his girlfriend Akshaya by unique way without any grand event. He went to an orphanage and just read Indian Constitute Preamble and perform marriage ceremony.[23] [24]
