Amli is a small village of 1698 hectares in Pindwara Tehsil in Sirohi district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Amli depends on SIROHI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 60.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Amli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Amli's pin code is 307031[4], and village code is 02357600. The area of Amli is segregated as 95 hectares irrigated area, 79 hectares unirrigated, the 429 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 475 hectare area not available for cultivation.
