Alex Shtefan (born on August 25, 1986, in Sosnovka, Lviv Oblast) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, founder of the Alex Villas Group, investment expert[1] and creator and host of the YouTube channel about investments and real estate in Bali called "Alex Shtefan — Real Estate in Bali."

Biography

He was born on August 25, 1986, in Sosnovka, Lviv Oblast, UkSSR. In 2003, he graduated from Lyceum No. 241 in Kyiv[2].

In 2008, he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute"[3] with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Until 2011, he worked as an engineer at TechInService LLC, one of the largest automation companies for sugar factories in Ukraine.[4].

In 2011, he started his entrepreneurial activities. He was involved in brand promotion and franchising in the network cosmetics company TianDe Evpatoria.

In 2012, he left the network business and opened a web studio called DS, where he worked as a marketer. The studio team was engaged in managing YouTube channels, creating websites, and promoting personal brands[5].

In 2014, he moved to Bali, where he continued to develop his web studio remotely[6].

Moving to Bali

In 2014, he implemented the first project on villa renovation[7] and further rental management[8] as a managing director in Bali. In the same year, he legalized the Alex Villas Management company and began working with investors in Bali[9].

In 2020, together with his partner Alexei Avtukhov, he created the real estate agency Alex Villas Agency[10][11].

In 2021, he opened the construction direction of the company — Alex Villas Constructions[12].

Currently, he is engaged in the development and implementation of a personal brand in online blogs and the development of the Alex Villas Group of companies — opening new areas and increasing turnover[13].

Contribution to the development of modern Indonesian culture

In 2021, he organized a collaboration with the contemporary calligrapher Pokras Lampas[14][15]. The largest calligraphy in Indonesia with a total area of 960 sq.m. was created on the roofs of the 9 villas of the Alex Villas Complex 1.

On March 10, 2021, the project was presented to the public in Bali. Representatives of the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Economy of Indonesia, and the Director of the Department, Y.R. Astuti, participated in the opening[16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25]

Family

Father — Yurii Leonidovich Shtefan (born on March 28, 1964, in Kiev), a manager at Ukrinvestneft company.

Mother — Tatiana Leonidovna Shtefan (born on April 29, 1967, in Lviv Oblast), a supervisor at Ukrinvestneft company.

They are middle-level entrepreneurs.

Alex is single and has no children.
