Egidio Alessandro Pizzuti (born July 19, 1995), known as Alex Pizzuti in an Italian DJ and music producer.
Career
Alex Pizzuti's professional career started in 2016 with the track Comfort Zone, which featured the international singer Miss Julia. In 2017 he meets the dance music producer and manager Gianfranco Bortolotti[1][2] (the manager behind the music projects of Cappella (band), Anticappella, Mauro Picotto, Gigi D'Agostino and many more) and releases the official licensed cover of Gigi D'Agostino hit record L'amour toujours[3].
In 2019, with long time friend Adalwolf and Davis Mallory, he releases another officially licensed cover, this time of Eiffel 65 hit record "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" that helps him make a name for himself in the Italian Future house community as well as receiving his first international supports[4][5]. The track also reached the Beatport's Future House Top10. He played in festivals and clubs all around the world, from Miami at the Miami Music Week to the Ultra Music Festival Europe in Croatia, with a tour of 7 dates in India, he also played at the Sun Valley Festival in Switzerland, Germany and Poland.
Until 2019 he released music for worldwide known labels such as Blanco y Negro Records, Warner Music Group, Media Records[6], Sony Music and gained supports and recognition from worldwide deejays such as David Guetta, Afrojack and Don Diablo (which gave highly praise for the DJ in his radio show[7]) . Later in 2019 he released two tracks, "Don't Give Up" and "Vibe" (a collaboration with French producer Siks), on Hardwell's own imprint Revealed Recordings. Vibe topped the 1001Tracklist[8] and Beatport Top10 charts, remaining at the first place for several weeks and was played by Afrojack at Tomorrowland (festival)[9]. In 2020 he collaborates with Adalwolf once again on the release Bla Bla Bla via Sony Music, another official cover of a popular track by Gigi D'Agostino. The track reached more than 2 millions streams, was played as opening track on Dash Berlin's Tomorrowland 2020 DJ-set and gained several supports from AAA deejays (via 1001Tracklist[10]). Later in the year, Alex Pizzuti, via Don Diablo's imprint Hexagon (record label), releases Memories, the official cover of David Guetta's record with Kid Cudi that David Guetta himself supported on several radio shows.
