Ajay Gaikwad is an Indo-Canadian entrepreneur and founder of Mellow Premium LLC, a company that offers dog care products with a focus on their dental hygiene and nutritional values.[1]
Gaikwad is also the founder of Gaikwad Consultancy Inc., a software consulting business that he started in 2016.[2]
Early life and education
Gaikwad was born in Mumbai to Dashrath Gaikwad, father, and Lata Gaikwad, mother. He did his schooling at GopalJi Hemraj High School in Borivali, Mumbai. Thereafter, Ajay completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology in 2004 from Mumbai University.
Career
Upon completing his studies, Ajay began his professional journey with Accenture in 2007, working in India and the USA.[3] In March 2011, he moved to Canada on a work assignment for one of the company's projects. After working at Accenture for over a decade, Ajay founded Gaikwad Consultancy Inc., a software consulting business, in September 2016.[4] Taking forward his journey as a serial entrepreneur, Ajay founded Mellow Premium following his love for dogs and dog health. His company is a Canadian retailer of pet supplies, which later expanded to the American market in 2022. Mellow Premium takes care of dogs’ dental care and nutritional values.[5] Ajay also runs a blog where he offers free materials and articles on canine dental care.[6]

Gaikwad is fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
