Dr Adeshola Cole is the CEO of Tritek Consulting Limited, a business she formed in 2017 to provide project management and business analysis training. Tritek Consulting, a multiple award-winning business, provides a range of services and products to support people deliver to individual and/or organisational aims and objectives through creative use of latest technology advancements and training methods.

Tritek Consulting Limited operates within the IT sector delivering project management and training services to people from around the world. To date Tritek has supported over 1000 candidates to obtain roles within the IT industry worldwide. Tritek has its Head Office in the UK and an office in Nigeria.
The company has expanded significantly over the past five years from the starting point of two customers to over 3000 using their IT platform. The company has many testimonials from individuals sharing their experiences undertaking the courses, receiving mentoring and obtaining jobs in the tech sector.
Career
On Cole's return to the UK after finishing university, (Cole) spent many years working in a range of roles in food, hospitality and betting sectors. She then obtained a role with Natwest Bank where she worked for 10 years, first as a cashier and then gained a promotion, where she became a project manager. Cole was encouraged to start a business in this field shortly after.
Personal Life
Cole was born in September 1981 in Hackney, London UK to Nigerian immigrants and from the ages of two to 11 years were spent Birmingham with foster carers. Cole had adversed early childhood experiences through physical and emotional abuse, and racist treatment from her foster parents and the school she attended. Though there were challenges in culture, life started to improve for Cole when she was sent to Lagos, Nigeria at the age of 11 years to be with her family and to attend secondary school. She later attended university at Lagos State University (LASU) where she achieved her first degree in English Literature. With a passion for the arts Cole dreamed of becoming an actor but this changed when she found her calling in project management and mentoring/supporting others to become project managers. In addition to her personal experience of discrimination in the workplace, Cole identified the need to provide mentoring opportunities for those from the African diaspora. Cole is based in the UK, with her three children.
