Abby R. Mooring (born July 21, 2000) is an American actress, fashion model, stuntwoman, and social media influencer. She is widely recognized for her role as Berenice in the movie "21st Century Cleo." Her other notable acting projects include the TV series "100 Seconds to Midnight" and movies, such as “Maybelline Prince” and “I’m Beginning to See the Light.”[1][2]
As a renowned fashion model, Mooring has an impressive portfolio that includes editorials, such as Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam, GMARO Magazine, Vanity VIP, Elegant Magazine, and Pump Magazine. She has also walked on the runways for New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week.[3]
Apart from her modeling and acting projects, Mooring has been featured in several music videos, commercials, and television shows. She serves as an ambassador for Lupus LA and UNICEF.[4]
Early life and education
Mooring was born and raised in the small town of Bath, North Carolina, to Tina Allen and Ryan Mooring. She attended Northside High School and later graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in communications.
From a young age, Mooring was heavily involved in sports and played volleyball, basketball, and softball. She was a highly recruited athlete in high school and had the opportunity to play collegiate women's basketball. However, she decided to pursue a career in modeling when a Virginia modeling agency contacted her through Instagram after seeing her senior pictures.
Career
At 17, Mooring began her career as a fashion model and has since represented various lifestyle, swimwear, fitness, and designer brands. She has walked the runways of London Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week and has worked with prominent agents and agencies such as @theblockagency, @nymmg, @therossagencyinc, @nichemodelsandtalent, @mcmmgt, @theluftagency and @soverneigntalent.[5]
Mooring has been featured on the cover of various editorials and magazines, such as Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam, GMARO, Vanity VIP, Elegant, Rebel, Style Cruze, Women Fitness, Angels International, Imirage, Surreal, and Pump Magazine. Additionally, she has also appeared in commercials for various brands, such as Fox Sports, Booking.com, USA Tourism, Our Place, Amazon Alexa, and others.[6][7]
In 2021, Mooring relocated to Los Angeles to focus on her acting career. She made her acting debut in 2022 with a supporting role in Seth Harden and Jacob Johnston's drama film "Maybelline Prince."She later appeared in the drama series "100 Seconds to Midnight" and other movies such as "Depth of Time" and "I'm Beginning to See the Light."[8]

Personal life
During her free time, Mooring enjoys hiking and spending time with her family, friends, and dog. She is also a passionate advocate for Lupus LA, supporting her mother, who suffers from the autoimmune disease, and a UNICEF ambassador.
