Zoey Albert, known mononymously as Zoey, is an American/Italian actress and model of Uruguayan and Italian descent.[1][2] Originally from Miami, she started her career as a model for brands like Puma and Calvin Klein and later began her career in acting. Zoey has been featured in many films and TV series, including La suerte de Loli, The Laundromat, The Baker and the Beauty, and Paper Empire.[3]
Early life and education
Zoey was born on October 17th 1994 and is originally from Miami, Florida. She attended the New York Film Academy in the beginning of her acting training. Zoey is still in the modeling industry, but she considers acting as her main profession.
Career
Zoey started her career as a model for brands like Puma and Calvin Klein. She also appeared in the commercial for professional football club Paris Saint-Germain. Later, she began her acting career. Most recently, she played Veronica in the latest NBC Telemundo[4] sitcom La suerte de Loli. The series aired from January to June 2021. Currently, she is filming a project set to be released in 2022. The project initially started production in 2019 but was forced to halt due to the global pandemic; the title is undisclosed. She also appeared in the American TV series Paper Empire; its release date is still unknown.[5] Zoey acted alongside Wesley Snipes in the series. On this same project, she shares credits with Denise Richards and Robert Davi. Another project she’s also part of is new Telemundo series La Mujer de mi Vida. This project is currently being filmed and is set to be released in 2022. She has also appeared in several artists' music videos, such as Marc Anthony and Nicky Jam, the latter reaching over 8 million views in 24 hours.[6]

Philanthropy
In 2022, Zoey established the Luna's Hands Foundation in Miami, Florida, aimed at helping stray dogs find a home,[7] as well as helping other charities with crowdfunding for a cause.[8]
Personal life
Zoey was born to an Italian father and Uruguayan mother. She is the youngest of her siblings. She’s fluent in both English and Spanish. Besides acting and modeling, Zoey said in an interview that she recently discovered she’d like to get into writing and producing of films, as well as TV series later on in her career.
