Zhang He (张赫|t=張赫; born September 17, 1984) also know as Ryan Zhang He is a Chinese actor, singer. In 2005, he entered the Chinese entertainment industry with the song "Examination" (考试中), along with the singer Zhang Hanyun.His acting career started with the idol drama "Runaway Sweetheart" in 2011.
Early life and education
Zhang He (张赫) was born on September 17, 1984, in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. At age 3, he decided to be a singer after seeing Michael Jackson on TV. He started learning piano at age 7. He was admitted to the high school affiliated with the Shenyang Conservatory of Music at age 16 and entered middle school at age 19. He formally studied production at the Shenyang Conservatory of Music and joined a record company after graduating at age 23.
Career
In 2005, he entered the Chinese entertainment industry at the age of 20, with the song "Examination" (考试中), along with the singer Zhang Hanyun. (album: Baby Zhang 我很张含韵).
In 2010, Zhang participated in the Hunan Television talent show entertainment program "Happy Boys" (快乐男声), where he entered the top 20 in Shenyang and entered the top 300 in China. In the same year, he formed the happy boys group 8090 (快乐天团8090)with Jiang Chao, Xu Jiawei, Lu Xinyou, Han Ye, Chen Xiao, and Guo Le.[1]
Zhang He served as the captain and lead singer of Boy Group 8090. The Boy group released their first single, "Let's Fall in Love" (Chinese: 让我们相爱), in September 2010. In 2012, the group was disbanded due to the expiration of the contract.
His acting career started with the idol drama "Runaway Sweetheart" (落跑甜心) in 2011; since then, he has appeared in many dramas and movies. Recently, he performed at the 2024 CCTV Spring Festival Gala for Kashgar prefecture in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region (中国中央电视台2024春节联欢晚会新疆喀什分会场).
